 Hello and Welcome to RASCo-USA “Community Association Management & Consulting”. My name is Rick Smith and I am a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and currently hold the Association Management Specialist (AMS) designation. I have more than 13 years of experience in Community Association Management. I have been on the same Board for Sixteen (16) years, so I understand both sides. I provide Management and Consulting Services to primarily Small Associations consisting of less than 50 units. Small Associations are a unique challenge, in part to their size and limited resources. With that being said, all Associations regardless of size have their own challenges; whether you are four (4) or four hundred (400) Units. We hold our “Ethical and Fiduciary” responsibilities’ to the highest level for our clients and their Community. Our Goal is to Preserve and/or Improve Value; and maintain the solvency of the Association. All fees are negotiable and are based in part on the size of the Association and the complexity of their issues.
